We left last November with a Tempone of four hours - eight minutes - signed and broken in the 39th New York ... City Marathon.
What about Sunday's race?
I have no particular goals for this race in the spring, or rather, the main objective, which is why I started to run, is to have fun and get to the finish line with smiles on their faces ... and I could enjoy the evening with the medal around his neck through the streets of Paris.
The winter was not particularly favorable, the adverse weather has affected the regularity of training, as well as the influence that I have taken after 10 years as well as the extraction of wisdom tooth and sprained foot ... sometimes I wonder how I can be here ... to this third effort preparing to face yet ... I believe that will be a new experience of growth ... and that will head to do what the body can not do ... maybe I'll find the answers in this marathon for months that I'm looking for? I like being cryptic tonight ... it will be for the 20 consecutive hours of wakefulness.
What have we done today? Wake up at 4, leaving from Malpensa 7 am, arriving in Paris at 8 am, arrival at the hotel at 10:30 ... we hold your bags and go to Disneyland.
Disneyland is like a fairy tale (see the photos as an attachment), an enchanted place where the world is a constant surprise and where anything is possible. Thanks to Katherine and Joseph, my fellow fun ... thanks for returning children for a few hours and leaving the everyday outside the gates.
In the evening we met with the rest of the group, which had been scattered in the park, and we had dinner in a greek restaurant in the Latin Quarter ...
