Even today, the emotions have changed, especially in the evening.
the hotel there is the confusion of the previous days. Everything seems orderly. Everything is silent. It seems almost 40,000 of the Marathon has given way to the individual who, locked in his loneliness, he begins to look within themselves the motivation, the serenity, the grit to face a challenge that few have the courage to groped.
For me that is the same. I just finished preparing my complete silence in the race tomorrow. I have attached to the bib shorts. I made the socks, shoes, and sack race to take the start tomorrow. Shower. And then they start all these little rituals (cream and massage on feet, knees and legs) that serve to make it clear to your body as you love him and that what we will live tomorrow is not a fury against him, but a way to enhance it for make proud to be "my body," ... to thank him for bringing me this far.
