I would not make a general question (some might say emblematic , which is always a better word), but since I received the notice that was a fucking hard drive (the new one, from a terabyte on I had a couple of partitions, one for Ubuntu and an archive of heaping inordinate number of data) I started to use the old Sidux on the other partition, after being gently told not to mount any other partitions that are not the its not-that-you-know-ever. And on that other partition, I would have quite a lot 'of data to be recovered, if you like.
How do I fix the problems myself, no one, eh.
